Support for your journey of self-discovery
Psilocybin-Assisted Facilitation
A complete psilocybin experience includes careful preparation, a supported session, and extended integration work. This isn't a quick process—and that's intentional. Meaningful exploration takes time.
What's Included
- Preparation Sessions (2-3 meetings): We'll discuss your intentions, address concerns, and create conditions for a safe, productive experience.
- Facilitated Session (4-8 hours): A psilocybin journey in a comfortable, private setting. I'll be present throughout, providing support as needed while giving you space to explore your inner landscape.
- Integration Sessions (2-3 meetings): This is where the real work often happens—making sense of your experience and translating insights into meaningful changes in your life.
Investment: Complete psilocybin packages start at $1,100. Sliding scale available.
Location: In-person in Ashland, Oregon (required by Oregon law)
Extended Integration & Life Coaching
Integration doesn't end after a few sessions. For many people, the most valuable work happens over months as insights gradually weave into daily life.
I offer ongoing support—whether you've worked with me for a psilocybin session or not. This can include:
- Processing and understanding your experiences
- Identifying and shifting unhelpful patterns
- Developing skills in self-inquiry and emotional awareness
- Support during life transitions or challenging periods
Investment: $100/hour. Sliding scale available.
Location: Available virtually (phone/video) or in-person in Ashland

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this legal?
Yes. Psilocybin is legal in Oregon for therapeutic use, and I hold a state license to provide facilitation services (License #FL-e38b1876).
How do I know if this is right for me?
There's a brief confidential questionnaire regarding medications and mental health history. This isn't pass/fail—it's to ensure we proceed with appropriate care. The free consultation call is also a great place to explore this question together.
What if cost is a barrier?
I offer sliding scale pricing and welcome clients regardless of financial situation. Let's talk about what's possible.
What's the time commitment?
A complete psilocybin package typically includes:
- 2-3 preparation sessions (1-2 hours each)
- 1 facilitation day (4-8 hours)
- 2-3 integration sessions (1-2 hours each)
Extended integration support is available as needed and can continue for months.
What happens during a psilocybin session?
You'll be in a comfortable, private space with soft lighting, comfortable seating, and the option for music or silence. I'll be present throughout but won't direct your experience. My role is to hold space, ensure safety, and be available if you need support.
The effects typically last 4-6 hours. You'll spend this time exploring your inner landscape—thoughts, emotions, memories, and insights may arise. Some people have profound realizations; others simply gain a different perspective on familiar patterns.
Will you be taking psilocybin with me?
No. As your facilitator, I remain completely sober and present throughout your session.
Is this like therapy?
No. I'm not a licensed therapist, and I don't provide therapy. What I offer is facilitation and coaching—holding space for your own self-inquiry and helping you develop skills to understand yourself more deeply.
If you're currently in therapy, psilocybin work can complement that process. Many people find it helpful to work with both a therapist and a facilitator.
Are there any medical or mental health restrictions?
Psilocybin isn't appropriate for everyone. You'll complete a confidential health screening that asks about:
- Current medications (especially SSRIs, MAOIs, and other psychiatric medications)
- Personal or family history of psychosis or schizophrenia
- Cardiovascular conditions
- Current mental health status
This isn't about judgment—it's about safety. If psilocybin isn't appropriate for you, I'll let you know, and we can discuss other options for support.
Can I bring a support person?
For the preparation and integration sessions, absolutely. For the facilitation session itself, this is something we can discuss based on your needs and preferences.
What if I have a difficult experience?
Difficult moments can arise—that's part of the process. I'm trained to support you through challenging experiences, and the setting is designed to help you feel safe enough to stay with what's arising rather than push it away.
Most of the time, what feels difficult in the moment becomes meaningful in retrospect. Integration work helps you make sense of these experiences.
How soon will I see results?
This depends entirely on what you mean by "results." Some people have immediate insights; others need weeks or months to understand what their experience meant.
Real, lasting change usually doesn't happen overnight. It emerges gradually as you integrate new perspectives into your daily life. That's why the integration work is so important.
Do you offer virtual psilocybin sessions?
No. Oregon law requires psilocybin sessions to be facilitated in person at a licensed location. However, preparation sessions, integration support, and life coaching can all be done virtually.
What if I don't live in Oregon?
You're welcome to travel to Ashland for your psilocybin session. Preparation and integration can be done virtually before and after your visit.
